"The main model delivered by City Models (1 of 3 thus far and all of an incredible standard), provided an ingenuity we ourselves hadn’t seen. To suggest and then realize, a hydraulic solution to a major retail scheme that critically, gave our prospective tenants a clear and easily understood view of how the scheme worked, an understanding of legibility of the scheme for their future customers and an understanding of their own location, was quite simply marvelous. The model ‘opened’ like a flower, and we never tired of ‘using its power to convey the message’. It was ‘immensely’ popular at BCSC 2009, and incredible to see something in three-dimensional form (and one that was ‘interactive in this way). It wasn’t simply a feature of the stand, the stand sometimes played second fiddle to the model…each tenant we engaged with were delighted with what it provided. This model had, and a year later, still HAS the Wow factor.

Chartered Land are delighted with the quality and accuracy of the model in what was a key marketing event for the company, provided under prime settings, and we are delighted that it provided an appropriate and easily understood ‘explanation’ of a complex scheme. We have no reservations in recommending City Models. Our entire experience of procuring the model has been involved, yet straightforward and just as importantly, thoroughly enjoyable. In terms of quality they have exceeded my expectations.

The model is the perfect scale, clear and tells the CLL story we wanted to portray, but hadn’t realized the potential of how to convey it, until Paul helped us with the brief and provided his own vision’ to guide us.
